Blue Cheese
 

How do you know when it's gone bad?:D Funny, but serious. I've had some in my fridge for about 2-3 weeks now since I was away for awhile, and it still tastes the same also looks the same too.:D Will things start moving when it gets too old?:D;)

I'm not sure that it goes bad, like make you sick. It does get kind of a runny outter layer on it after a while, thats when I chuck it. Usually I eat it pretty quick.

It never sets long enough in my house to go bad...:D

It'll last a long time in the fridge. A month at least.

If you die soon after eating it have your survivors throw it out ... ;) :D

I have eaten blue cheese that was in my fridge for 6 months. Best cheese I had eaten in my life! I love a good sharp cheese! I didn't get sick BTW, 'course I didn't get sick after eating blue cheese dressing that was 3 years past the expiration date either!
