Chicken or Turkey

What does everyone prefer, Cooked in a Turkey Fryer? I am going to do a chicken for the heck of it and see how it is. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Jersey...I did one a while back and found the chicken was more moist than turkey.
Not that the turkeys dried out too bad...but the chicken I did really held its juice well.
Make sure to get a good chicken, though. And try to find a fresh one that has not been pumped full of water. That'll screw with the frying process.

Thanks Pro-line, made it yesterday and am pickin on leftovers now.
Your right about it being more moist than turkey. Now if I can only get the Colonel to share his extra crispy batter dip with me.

Popere...Just think of it as a jake...LOL
Exactly the same.
Jersey...I think I am going to try pre-cooking a chicken in the oven and breading it to get more crisp on the outside, then frying it, kind of like fried fish.
I'll let you know when I try it.
