Venison Breakfast Sausage....GOOD STUFF!
If you like Jimmy Dean or Bob Evans Sage sausage, this stuff tastes almost the same!
6 # GROUND VENISON
4 # GROUND PORK
3 TBS. SALT
1 TBS. PEPPER
1 TBS. SAGE (MAY HAVE TO ADD. TASTE FIRST ).
1 TSP. GINGER .
2 TSP. NUTMEG
1 TSP. THYME
2 TSP .CRUSHED RED PEPPER
4 OZ. ICE WATER ( 1/2 CUP )
Just mix it all together and freeze it or eat it. I was really surprised at how good this stuff is. I made a half batch, it didn't last long. I need to make another batch very soon!
