Anyone have any good trout recipes? If you ahve some really good one could you e-mail them to me at [email protected]. The only way I have been cooking thme is rolling them in flour and fryin them up. They are good that way but I was looking for something different.

Easily the best way that I like my trout is either grilled or over coals. Just sprinkle some lemon pepper over skin and body cavity and wrap in foil sealing well. Cook time depends on size of trout and heat, but I would guess about 5 minutes a side for most circumstances. Meat will easily pull off of the bone and be so yummy.

Filet the trout and put in a pan with tinfoil. Add a shot of beer, butter, lemon juice, salt/pepper, peppers, and onions. Bake in the oven or grill for about 15 -20 minutes depending on size.
Amazing.

1. clean body cavity and rub with butter.
2. season the body cavity with salt & pepper.
3. put a slice of lemon & small sprig of rosemary inside.
4. rub outside with butter
5. wrap in foil, poke a few steam holes and cook.(oven or grill)

put in glass broiling dish headless/skinless. Then fill dish with italian dressing, lemon juice, lemon pepper, garlic powder(if desired), cover tops of fish with parmesan, slices of butter, and slices of tomatoes. Flip when top is done. Broil on high till you think it is fully done.
