If you like chicken and dumplins then you' ll LOVE squirrel and dumplins. Pressure cook the meat off the bone, simmer meat in pot of milk with a stick of butter added and salt and pepper. Roll out dumplins and cook in the simmering milk until done. Serve up hot and enjoy! [:-]
