What's you favorite brand? I like Louisiana Crystal on just about everything? I like Tabasco on Red Beans and Rice. I started making a gallon out of ripend (red) jalopeno peppers left over from the garden last year. I'v been testing it, but don't think it has matured yet. Anybody else make there own? Good Luck. Tabasco has the best flavor in my opinion.
I also like any of the Panola products. Not real hot but very good flavor.

I like Cholula's the best. It's more of a Mexican style sauce and IMO, it has a better flavor the Tabasco and I don't have to enjoy it for hours or pop pepcid like candy. I enjoy spicy things for the flavor. I guess it's just my chemistry, but Tabasco gives me killer heartburn and I usually handle hot stuff pretty well.

Tabasco and Crystal are fine, but as a very long time "pepper-head", I got tired of their "vinegar-y" flavour. For the best taste, I'm a big fan of Melinda's. It's from Belize, and is a Caribbean-style habanero sauce. Very tasty with good heat, not like some other that are made with Habanero extract as well as hanbanero paste...they're high on heat and low on flavour.

I like the Red Hot for the flavor and mild heat. Tabasco is another good one also. If you get some brave (or drunk) people, give them some Daves Nuclear Hell Sauce. Although I don't recommend trying it yourself. It is as hot as the name implies and not fit for human consumption.

Blair's sudden death, and after death sauce is one of a my fav's. I like Louisiana hot sauce's as well. My girlfriend cooks wings with this hotsauce that is mango based. Interesting flavour to say the least.

How about we get to posting some hot sauce sites?
