What's you favorite brand? I like Louisiana Crystal on just about everything? I like Tabasco on Red Beans and Rice. I started making a gallon out of ripend (red) jalopeno peppers left over from the garden last year. I'v been testing it, but don't think it has matured yet. Anybody else make there own? Good Luck.
