Here is a receipe my mom made. Everyone goes yuck(!), but it's good. She ground pickles and hardboiled eggs and mixed them with peanut butter. I think there might have been some mayo, but not sure. I'll have to ask my wife. Haven't had this since mom went to the Lord almost 10 years ago. Gonna ask my wife to whip up some.

One thing about PB, it keeps well in a boat or in the woods when lunch meat would get slimey. PB & jelly with coffee is my breakfast as I drive to lake or hunting area.

My favorite is some big ol' slices of whole wheat raisin bread, with peanut butter, strawberry jam, with a little cinnamon sprinkled on it, and a little mayonaise and a few strips of crunchy bacon, and some pickle relish, and a little horseradish and a few slices of onion, with some of those little corns on the cob, and some tomaters, with a little okra, sourkraut and some of them little vienna sausages, and a little ketchup and mustard. Mash all of that down as much as you can and fry it in hot butter. Serve with a few olives and you're all set.

Make several. <img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>

(Course, yall could just skip all that and fry a regulation PB&J in butter. That's some good eatin' too.)
