One Deer Roast (mine was 3.5 lbs)
One large jar of pepperchines
One can of Beef Broth
One package of DRY italian dressing
Tablespoon of Papreca
Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
Take all the stems off the pepperchines, and get rid of the seeds, and stems.
Pour all the pepperchines AND the JUICE into a crock pot. Add the rest of the incredients. Stur it all up. Then add your roast. Cook on high for about an hour to get the heat up, then turn down to low for about 7-8 hours.
I took a knife and put some gashes into the meat to let the juices get into the meat. When it' s all cooked the meet will shred up with just a fork. Get some good french or italian bread and make some GREAT Venison sandwiches. I was VERY impressed with this recipe. Everyone I gave this to loved it. I fed my sisters without telling them it was deer meet. They loved it. Went up for seconds. All the meat was gone....then I told them it was venison. Tehy asked me for some jerky this year
