Any recipes for turkey nuggets???
#1
Looking for some suggestions on cooking up
some turkey nuggets. With pheasants I use
cracker crumbs, butter, and salt and pepper.
Anyone tried this with turkey?
Would also like to hear of any marinades
that work well on turkey.
Thanks

Here' s what I do. Put your nuggets in a zip lock bag, cover with buttermilk, add a half a cup or so of hot sauce, shake it to mix, let sit in fridge overnight, take them out and roll them in flour and bread crumbs. Then deep fry them until they are golden brown.
