I wouldn' t cook them in the oven. I would think they would dry out before they were cooked. Fast and Hot thats the ticket. In the fry pan or on the grill. As for temp. cook them as you would beef maybe slightly pinker. Enjoy

try this! cut your tenderloin into 3/4inch rounds, then what i do is bread them,
with egg and flour then brown them in a cast iron pan, then pour some red wine,
into your baking dish about 1/2inch place the steakes in the baking dish, cover
with tin foil and bake till the wine is gone from the dish, about 375.

you will love it,have fun, from hommer

The best way to cook tenderloins is in an iron cast skillet rubbed the garlic powder, pepper and with 1/2 an onion & 1/2 a pepper with a little olive oil. They' ll melt in your mouth. Cast iron is not as popular as it should be, almost eyery restaurant uses them.

I feel this is the ticket. Grilled over mesquite wood, tastes great. I usually cut into chops or lenght wise depending on what you like. Marinade over night in either beer/white wine (which every you like), olive oil, lots of garlic (I mean lots), a onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Or I marinade over night in one cup italian dressing, half cup hickory bbq sause, one fourth cup soy sauce. Get a fire going with mesquite logs. Cook till pink inside, and enjoy.
