I would think they would dry out before they were cooked. Fast and Hot thats the ticket. In the fry pan or on the grill. As for temp. cook them as you would beef maybe slightly pinker. Enjoy
I feel this is the ticket. Grilled over mesquite wood, tastes great. I usually cut into chops or lenght wise depending on what you like. Marinade over night in either beer/white wine (which every you like), olive oil, lots of garlic (I mean lots), a onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Or I marinade over night in one cup italian dressing, half cup hickory bbq sause, one fourth cup soy sauce. Get a fire going with mesquite logs. Cook till pink inside, and enjoy.
