Venison burger new way for me....

Default Venison burger new way for me....

I had some of my deer meat ground with 40% brisket and buddy it was a hit.....we made venison burgers and it was way better than plain hamburger....you should try it um mmm mmm

usualy do them just strait venison but made some good ones the other night
1lb elk
1lb bison
1/4 lb bacon
1/2 red onion
some whorchester sauce (spelling)
some montreal steak seasoning

dice up the onion and bacon raw and mix all ingrediants
grill to rare alitle blue cheese and carmalized onions on top and a cold beer and your in buisness

Now that sounds pretty good. I dont have a palce to get any Elk. But I am going on a Buffalo hunt in November.
