Default venison burger mixed with pork fat

i have venison burger mixed with pork fat. would like some burger recipes,and any other things i can use this for.

try swedish or Italian meatball.also meatloaf use any reciepe found in ordinary cookbook

we use it for everything you use regular hamberger for.we never by hamberger any more(none for the last 15 years)
spaghetti,lazonya,hambergers,meatloaf,anything.

Chilly, sloppy jobs or tacos.

For burgers try adding some beer when making the patties.

I use it in Hamburger helper and also add some chopped veggies like mushrooms with Strogonoff. Love the Cheesey Hashbrowns with sone grated cheese and onions added. Peas and corm mixed in are great also.

Like alot of folks here I use ground venison for everything I would use ground meat for.
A good quick burger recipe I like is to mix one packet of Liptons onion soup mix in with 2 lbs of ground venison. Form into patties and wrap two strips of bacon around so it forms a cross on the top and bottom of the burger. On the grill I use a tooth pick to hold the bacon on. On the George Forman grill you wont need the tooth picks.
