Crockpot 'em with some red wine and onions and eat as is...

OR crockpot 'em with some chicken or beefbroth and use the meat for sandwiches and casseroles..

Carolyn puts them in a slow cooker with a little water and cooks them until meat falls off the bone. Then she makes Turkey Pot Pie with them and I mean to tell yea it's excellent. Ken & Kris made it for one of our goose shoots here if you remember. Try it!!
