Here's my favorite Goose recipe.... It tastes like steak kinda....
Breast out goose...
Cover with apple butter...
Bake for 45 minutes or so at 350...
eat like a starved man all day on fresh goose...
mmmm mmmm good

The best goose recipe I've had is to put goose breasts in the crockpot (with some water of course) and cook on low until they litteraly fall apart (can take 10 - 12 hours). Take them out and drain any water. Mix the shredded meat with Famous Daves Sweet and Sassy BBQ sauce and serve on buns. Awesome! I thought it was beef the first time I tried it
