I always have my hams smoked. I had four done last year and the last one we at we put the entire ham in a crock pot with BBQ and beer. Let her heat all day that way and in the evening it shredded and then we put into another pan with fresh BBQ. It was delicious.

I've had smoked loins sliced thin, delicious. Wish I had the recipe but I'll try to wing when I get one.

Barbecued Venison

[/b]
4-5 lb. Venison roast
1 can coke
2 Tbs. prepared mustard
2 Tbs. liquid smoke
14 oz. Ketchup
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbs. brown sugar

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook 8-10 hrs, or until tender. Shred cooked meat with a fork and return to sauce. Serve on fresh bread or buns.
