Wild turkey?????

RE: Wild turkey?????
Pour a little italian dressing into a pyrex dish, enough to coat the bottom, then throw the turkey breasts inthe pyrex, and cover them with a full can of apple sauce, and some moreitalian dressing. Sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper over the top.
Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
I'd have never considered cooking a turkey breast in apple sauce, but I have a pretty good chef friend who told me to try it - he says that other fruits work well too - mentioned blueberries, mandarin oranges, raspberries, and walnuts.
It takes the gamy taste right out and reallygives it a unique flavor. Try it with just a single breast first, and you won't be disappointed.
