if you are having a contest, then here is the winner (only we don't make 'em by the glass, we make 'em by the jug)

dissolve:
7 beef boulion cubes into
7 cups of water then add
4 quarts clamato juice
1 "heaping" tablespoon hot horseradish (i use extra hot)
2 tablespoons celery salt
5 oz. worcestershire sauce
1 table spoon tabasco (i use dave's insanely hot hotsauce, but just a little bit)
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 bottle (a fith) vodka
you can add whatever vegtables you like (celery, pickle spears or slices, olives, etc.)

now, what do i get if (when) i win this little contest???

Mine revolves around the vodka. Slice up two jalapenos and stuff the slices into a good bottle of vodka like belvedeare. Let it sit for about a week before adding to the following recipe:

2 ounces vodka
6 ounces of tomato juice
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 tsp horseradish
2 dashes pepper
2 dashes tapatio hot sauce
4 pitted green olives

Workhorse- Hunt hard.

After hunting season. The race is waaaayyyy to close to call now. And I have a feeling we will recieve more entries.

TS, you are officially appointed "Master Taster" and your opinion will weigh very heavily on the results. However don't rush to conclusions. Some may have to be tested again. and again. and again.

Good Luck. Capt Brad.
