I was in elk camp in wy. 1 year, my buddy was in alaska that summer and brought home some fresh hailabit, we cooked it there on a nice wood fire. never had anything better.

Brook trout, crappie, small mouth, walleye, perch for fresh water.

Cod, halibut, ling, albacore for salt water.

Hands down perch and blugill. I grew up on Northern Pike and like it more than walleye.
