Morells and Venison Roast
Marinade roast in a bit of red wine with spice rub for a day.
Brown roast in an electric fry pan with onions and garlic.
Cook in beef broth for a few hours (make sure you replenish liquid often).
When roast is done, add morell mushrooms, and beef gravy mix packet, simmer lowest heat until shrooms are almost done stirring gravy mix often with no lid.
Turn off heat and let sit to cook the rest of the way for a few.
Serve, be prepared for a goodfight.
Half way through cooking, you can opt to add carrots, potatoes, and rudabega if you please.
