Here's a simple one.....(works for a lot of fish)
Sprinkle some bass fillets with cajun seasoning & olive oil and bake until just done.
(Or substitute the cajun seasoning with lemon-pepper instead)

I use this on stripped bass, marinade about an hour or two before you grill it.
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup oj concentrate (some times I just use plain oj)
2 tbls olive oil
2 tbls tomatoe sauce ( again I sometimes substitute ketchup)
1tsp lemon juice
½ tsp prepaired mustard
1 tbls chopped green onion
1 clove garlic chopped
½ tspginger root
got it from a weber cookbook
serve with rice and veggies. Ps. don't forget the chop sticks and fortune cookies.
