This is where old Ted Nugent could help us out. With his $$$ he could afford to rent a page in every newspaper in the country. But, when there is an arrow stickin out of a turkey's butt it's published all over the world!

I could not get into that page, but here are my thoughts. It is funny to me when these so called animal rites people try and talk about how they are more holly then me, because I know were my food comes from and I am not afrade to do the dity work of bringing it home. These people kill me, what have they done to save animals, nothing. Who brought the Goose pop back up, who buys thousands of acers of land a year to bring it back to its natural state, who drives threw snowstormes to bring food to the strving deer herds in the middle of winter, what group of people taxe them selfs just so there is money to manage animals, who brought the moose herd back to my home range, who is there first when a wetland is about to be destroyed, who realy knows nature and sees it first hand, HUNTERS.
Who is the first at the new strip mall that was built on the home of four white tails, a few turkes, and countles other creatures, you got it, those same peta ass holes that get after us for knowing what we are, preditors.

Dont get me wrong I love all animals, and I respect them even more, but I am not going to pretend to be something I am not! The first men on earth had to kill to survive, and that holds true today. For MAN as a whole to thrive animals have to die, weather directly or indirectly, at least us hunters dont waste what we kill.

Sorry about all the bad spelling, way to much to spell check.

Very well said, Guss. I think that I speak for most of us when I say that your points are all valid. And you got a B+ on the spelling, and that grade would be unbelievable if we could all get that score when we go afield!

Now guys dont get this wrong you know were I stand. I just read the artical and to me it is not that bad, yes they still kill animals but the animals they are killing are most likely strayes and would probable starve to death on the streets if they didnt kill them. By no means am I tacking there side, but dont get caught up in something just because who ever wrote it wanted ya to. Claming that they kill those animals just for the sake of killing is just like saying hunters kill just for the the kill. We all know there is much more to it then that, and there is much more behing the artical then the auther put forth. I know they wouldnt do that for us but someone has to see the middle ground why not let it be us. If these people could only see who we realy are and not the stereotype that they put on us they would see that we are on the side of the animals, there is nothing that scares me more then the thought of loosing deer, fish, and any other animal to extinction. If we only had the funds they had how much good could we do.

Latter guys and I hope ya dont take this the wrong way, just remember what the auther of that artical did was no different then the spin they put on the stories they write about us, the only difference is he is on our side.
