Was just wondering how often people shoot a Robin Hood?
I have one at 30, one at 40 and two at 50.
I guess that would depend on what you would condsider a Robin Hood. Personally, I think that a Robin Hood is a shot directly in the center of the target that you aimed at followed by the very next arrow shot directly into the first arrow. I have a couple of them, but not many.

Oh, and I don't believe Robin Hood had any sights on his bow (among other things).

I have two, then I quit shoting at the same spot. I ruined way to many arrows by knocking off knocks, ends of shafts, scraping them up in tight groups. I now put out 5 spots and shot only five arrows at a time, never shooting at the same spot twice.

It is cool looking to have robinhoods hanging on the wall, but can get expensive.

I have shot four in my life. Two at 30 and two at 20. I went about 10 years between shooting the 2nd and 3rd and then ended up shooting the fourth within a month of the 3rd.

Must be the bows....

After my second Robin Hood I quit shooting at the same dot.

My brother-in-law Robin Hooded one of my arrows in a 3D tournament. The upside was, I was watching through my binoculars and got an up close view of my arrow being split. It look so cool that it almost made the loss of a good arrow not hurt so much.

My dad shot one once at 25 yards. I started to laugh and so did he because it is a rare thing to happen!

It's pretty sad when an arrow shot out of an Oneida won't even pass through a vane!
