IL-Cornfed, all i know is i've seen them make some really good shots on their show. Maybe they arent up to your standards but i think they're good.

Its a good idea, but i think if you have shot a long time it comes natural. I normally hold level out of practice. It is part of the conditioning shooters learn with practice.
