Well...Ive looked at about 4 different sites, and they all have different speeds. One says 290, one says 305, another says 298...I haven't seen the same speed. They may be "slow" compared to Bowtechs and Mathews, but I am, and Im sure you would be too, very willing to give up a little speed for the smooth and easy draw on and Oneida.

DK you know what module you put in there is going to have a huge affect on the speed. Be is the 50% or the 80% or one of the other ones. If you use the short cams or the medium cams and if you are using the LF limbs or not because of the impact this has on brace heights. Kind of a hard bow to give an official IBO too really with all the different variences in it..
And as far as speed is concerned.. Put the Stealth conversion on it and most bows don't have much on them when it comes to speed.. I believe it IBOed at 330 at the time it was produced and that was with the wood outboards. A guy with a 29.5 draw was shooting 350 grain arrows at 328 with the wood ones. ESC limbs add anywhere from 5-10 fps on the Black Eagle from what I have been told. And the new custom ones are just... so darn nice it isn't funny.
