I think as the others have mentioned you did the right thing. The shot itself would not have been a high percentage one.

I AGREE WITH OUR DECISION. THESE DECISIONS ARE HARD BUT THEY MAKE YOU A HUNTER NOT A PERSON WHO LIKES TO HUNT GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!
