earn a buck?? wisconsin?

Well i live in wisconsin and bowhunt here to. Well i have heard nothing about the earn a buck this year until i read something about it on another mb. So i guess is what im wondering is, is it the whole state or just zones? Buckhunter 12, To the best of my knowledge earn-a-buck is only in the CWD zones not the entire state. Can anybody confirm?
