Oviously Illinois,or Ohio dont hold any deer, seems everyone here is telling you to avoid these places and not spend your money on little guys
Hmmmmmm, maybe I'll go to Illinois just to prove these guys wrong
Have you thought about hunting in Canada. Here in Ontario there are alot of deer, some with very large racks, and in certain areas the average dressed weight is around 200 lbs for a mature buck with 300 lbs not being to hard to get in the farmland areas of ontario, especially southern Ontario.Just 20 min from my house in a small town of Portland 2 deer were shot this year being both 10 pointers, making the book and dressed at 288 and 304 respectfully.
I am not to sure about outfitters but I did see a few in the Hunts/Outfitters section of the forums, check them out,I wouldent expect the prices to be to bad.

Don't come to AR, trust me! Must have a doe tag for a doe , by draw only, and only two legal bucks from different zones. I think our herd here is messed up right now. I would try Illinois or Kansas.

How much can you pay is one very important question. Regardless of what others say on here, Texas i typically no more expensive than any other quality guided place to hunt. The midwest ain't cheap either.
You can do a management hunt at the King Ranch for $3250.
Take a look at their management bucks.

Texas is so full of sh!t it's sickening. 3 grand for a freaking management buck? I can go to KS, IA, IL, Canada and many others and kill a freaking world record for less than that....... I think texas made a huge mistake going to that the trophy fee system.
Like they say, the only thing in texas is "steers and *****s"
