I deleted a certain members post on this thread, and seem to have deleted the other legitimate answers.
You think I'd know how to operate this thing by now.

Looking down the arrow from the nock end, you'll see that the fletching spins if its helical. If it starts center, goes left, and comes back to the right, its left helical. Starts center, goes right, comes back left, its right helical.
