Looking very hard for 2 weeks without any luck. We just got 20 inches of snow so no shed hunting for awhile.

I usually try to combine Rabbit hunting and running my beagles with shed hunting. First time I have ever found some was 2 weeks ago. Hit jackpot with a huge 5x4 whitetail. He was a monster, to bad I only have permision to rabbit hunt! haha Good luck huntin - buckhunter14

Found my first one in Ohio today. It was from a 2 y/o 8 point. Huge chunk of skull with it and he had been rubbing. Maybe it was itching him and he busted it off. I found one like that at my house a few years ago and that summer we kept seeing a buck missing an antler on that side. He must have ripped off the pedicle.
Still a little early here. I'd say over 50-60% still have both antlers.

Well Ive been watching my camera and finally last night, I finally got a pic of one of the deer around here after shedding. I posted a picture of these same two bucks less than a week ago. They are here every night, and the nine pointer shed one of his last night or yesterday sometime, he had the antler the night before.
