Default Great sign!!!(PICS)

Was out Wednesday and found this rub along with some others. Hope to see what made this one. Looks to be pretty fresh. My hand is not touching the tree and is about 10" away and from tip of my thumb to tip of my middle finger is 8 inches. The cedar is about 8 to 10 inches in diameter. By far the nicest rub I have ever found. Could be the ten point my brother-in-law saw last Sunday. Lets hope so!!!! I put a stand up in the area for next week while I am on vacation. Hope the rut gets going strong!!!

I've seen similar rubs before and actually witnessed numerous medium to large bucks rubbing antlers and foreheads on the same tree. I think that sometimes rubs of that size on trees of that size can be a sort of community scent post. Perhaps that's what you have there. Perhaps you could set up a trail camera to "see" what's hitting the rub?

Good luck!
