Parasites in deer meat (pic)

I shot a doe last night and while butchering today, I found some parasites or something in the meat. They are small white to yellow cysts about 3 mm X 1 mm. I found them all over the body embedded in the meat. I haven't seen this before and was wondering if anyone else has. I'm trying to post some pic's but it isn't working. Maybe one of the experts can figure that out to. Anyhow, any knowledge on this would be apprecitated. Thanks.

What does the inside of the lung cavity look like? Post a pic if you see anything unusual.

Not sure about the inside of the lungs as I left them out where I field dressed her. I did look at the outsides and they looked fine. The doe was big and seemed healthy. She had a fawn with her so she was healthy enough to reproduce.

Not the lungs themselves but the ribcage on the inside of the deer after the lungs are removed. Any growths on the inside, round peashaped spots?

I've never seen the likes of that before. Sure is ugly though. I'm gonna be waiting to see who can answer this one.
