Hey Y'all

6:23am this morning was on my way to work.. just left the house.. dark and foggy.. Starting into a curve by the end of a bean field.. 10 feet in front of me outta the foggy appeared a buck standing in my lane.. 60mph and 10 feet to react don't mixed...... Slammed into the buck and it flipped him up in the air and he landed in my windshield then off and down the side of my car..

It was a nice 6 pointer when I found him just off the road...

This Deer cost me..

A new headlamp ..
A new windshield..
A new mirror..
A new door..

I don't have full coverage... A 700 dollar deer...

uh, way to go man, two years ago i had one dive into the side of my new truck less than 300 miles, i could see him spinning in the road behind me got up shook a little and ran off the hillside, the fortunate part of this had he gotten there sooner or if i had been driving a little slower he could have ended up in the cab with me, he hit the rear side window, quad cab, and then caved in the side of the bed, had to have a bed half put on 19??$

Way to go! $700 for an outfitter, in this case a car, to lead you to a nice six point isn't bad at all. On a more serious note, sorry to hear about the car. At least you got meat in the freezer. Most don't even get the deer, just some major damage.
