as some may recall, I had some frustration with the battery life in my Stealth Cam (only getting 1-4 days)
I then took a members advice and bought the "best" batteries (lithiums for dig. cameras @$12/4 batteries!!)
the cameras was out for 3 weeks before the batteries were spent. this was much better than before but I still only got 6 or so pics (only 2 of deer)
we now have a solar charger and will see how that works
as of right now I am happy with the camera, just wish I could get better battery life out of the batteries and/or find some cheaper batteries that work

Well, I am glad to hear you got better battery life, but I wonder how long they will work with more pics being taken.
I am getting rid of my Stealth Cam with the solar panel (works but you have to have it in alot of light), and everything that came with it.
I am not sure what I am going to replace it with, but it definetly wont be a digital. I am either gonna pick up 3 Stealth Cam MC2-G's, or maybe just get a DeerCam DC200, or possibly a CamTracker! I am gonna read up on the DeerCam and the CamTracker and see if they are worth the extra money over the Stealth Cam MC2-G, especially considering how great the MC2-G's I had last year worked!
