Default Stealth Cam 12v Battery Kit

I like my I450, but it seems to be going through the batteries faster than I like. I went by the store today and got one of the stealth cam 12 volt lead acid battery kits. Just curious to how many of you all use one of these batteries and how much difference does it make?

Thanks for your time,

Trent

I just got one 2 weeks ago and love it. Battery still shows full. I cannot give you a long term oppinion yet but i did alot of reading before i got one. From what i hear/read, you should get close to if not more a month out of it. That to me is well worth it and will pay for itself real quick! Good luck with it!

I have one I've used with a Stealth WD3 and it only lasts three to four days no matter how many pictures it takes. On the other hand I have a Wildview Xtreme 5 that I've used this battery with and it lasted for a week and was not yet dead.

I have the same setup i450 with 12volt kit. I have 3 of the 12v kits and 7 batteries. I get about 5 weeks out of the batteries. I've had as many as 800 pics, that was after 3 weeks and the battery was still good. In the long run this is going to be much cheaper for you! Plus, you'll get more pictures because your camera will not be dead as often.

You'll probably want a spare battery too. Batteries plus carries them, the only problem w/ them is the terminals are pointing the wrong direction and will hit the side of the case when you are putting it in. Be carefull not to disconnect the hot while putting the battery in the case.
