While your at it take a look at the home page as well. I now have a complete list of all the tests done for those that are interested.

I see the manufactures are really picking up on the quality and engineering of their broadheads this year. I have saw several test very well for you this year more so than last year.
Its great to see more quality out there for us to choose from. Thanks for all the had work.
I actually bought my slick trick 100's last year because of your test of them. They worked great for me last fall, thanks for the heads up on them

Chris,
There are alot of great new heads but it seems that I am having a difficult time keeping track of all of them. Is there any chance, if you haven't already, that you could sort of separate some of the new heads this year from some of the ones from past years? I am not totally familiar with every head that was on the market (or even most of them) so I have a difficult time determining which are really new and which I just have not heard of yet.
Thanks....and could you email me my password again, I totally forgot it. Sorry.

5Shot, I love your site! I had actually looked at the goldtip heads and passed because they look almost the same as my Muzzy so why switch but these really seem to have performed very well. I am definately going to pick up a set and see how they fly compared to the muzzy heads. Your review makes me quite optimistic.
Thanks again for the great work

Chris:
Much like that of another MAJOR manufacturer, and as you noted, "the blades lock in place by sliding under the tip and are also held by a collar at the rear." I find this to be a somewhat unpredictable and 'chancy' method of attaching the blades.
I can't tell you how many times we have found blades lying on the floor and in the shop's broadhead targets using this design. If your broadhead just slightly comes loose on the arrow, there is a possibility of losing blades.
