I went to an Archery shop today to get my bow looked at and tuned because the arrows weren't flying correctly. The short of it is this. The guy who helped me spent two hours identifying what the problem was tweaked, adj and spent some serious one on one time with me. He cut 14 of my arrows and put in inserts and made sure everything was ok before I went on my way. Get this he only charged me for the inserts! This guys customer service was the best I've ever seen. Some shops really go out of thier way, and it helps with repeat buisness and word of mouth, as you have found out.

Should have thrown him a $20 for his time. That way when they do get real busy because of their good service, he won't forget you
