Default Index or Thumb Trigger??

I shoot a Scott Lil' Goose release and have for years but I seem to have a problem punching the trigger. I've heard that you are not as likiely to do this with a thumb trigger. I'd like to hear from you all on this. To those of you that use a thumb trigger release do you have this problem?

Default RE: Index or Thumb Trigger??

I've never shot a thumb release as it's always felt weird to me. I find I'm less likely to punch with my index finger if the trigger is a little behind the joint at the tip of my finger.
