I am Impressed- I just contacted Muzzy about Exchanging a mounting plate I "havent even gotten yet" for one that will fit a Hoyt bow, and was told just give me your name and address and we will ship one out to you. I said "your going to send me a new one without your recieving my old one first in exchange?? The lady just told me "yes we'll
just trust you to send in your other one when you recieve it.
Im almost in a state of shock that there are still people who would do something like this in this day and age of half hearted service and the almighty dollar rules.

I had a similar experience with Amazon.com, they sent out a Digital Camera to me before I sent the one back that wasn't working properly. I know its not bowhunting, but I was impressed.

Every once in a while you find a store or manufacturer like that. You have done the best thing you can to pay them back, given them good publicity.
I always repay those companys that do me right, and I also, let people know about the ones I have problems with so that they can be aware of who they are dealing with if they find themselves in a situation with the same people.
In the archery industry, I have found PSE to be outstanding with thier customer service. Have only found a single shop in Oregon that I won't deal with.

I have had the same type of experience with Scott Archery.I needed a replacement strap for my release and thay shipped it to me without me having to pay first.They said just send them a check when I received the replacement.I thought that was really good of them.I will be using one of their releases as long as I shoot a bow,really impressed with the customer service that I recived from them.Glad to hear of another company that will go the extra mile for one of their customers.
