You andI seem to be about the same size. I ordered the large size but I haven' had the chance to use it yet . It seems to have plenty of room to wear over warm clothes but not too baggy for thr early part of the season.

6' at 185? You best git yourself back up to that buffet line. LOL. I wear an XL since I do like the buffet, and nearing 200# it works well. Short of eating a whole lot a Thanksgiving, get yourself a size L.
