Just curious... its been a bad year for ticks in central PA. Seems that they are more prevelant around the evergreens. The fleas came in a bumper crop too... just ask my old buddy Rusty.

This actually happens to be the worst year for the blood suckers that I ever remember. Everytime we take to the woods it's pulling one after another off. Took the Beagles for a run a couple weeks ago when it was a little cooler and it seemed that we spent the rest of the day pulling ticks off their ears. I've also noticed MANY ticks all over the faces and necks of alot of the deer we've caught on the Deer Cams.

This is the worst year I have seen in a long time. I've been pulling ticks off the dog since the snow melted and have had more deer ticks than ever. Finding the little suckers on me, the kids and the dog. Going to need a lymes test before this year is over!!

ticks here in georgia arent too bad. you have to worry more about gnats and snakes than you do about ticks!

I've never gotten a tick or known anyone to get a tick here in Michigan.

In my area we've got more of a mosquito problem than a tick problem. In a bad year I'll pull 2 maybe 3 ticks off me from April to October. The deer get the short end of the stick, they're generally covered in them.

We have MORE than our share of ticks and mosquitoes in SD. But we don't have any cockroaches. Is that a good tradeoff?

Here in Mn.they are really bad, Last weekend I went out to check my 2 cameras, and I found 2 ticks on me when I got home. I was only outside of my truck for about 3 minnutes! The skeets are just as bad.
