Not nearly as bad this year as in years past. This spring was realy bad. I can think of a couple of trips into the woods that I came out with ticks all over me. I think I'm up to about 26 or 27 for the year. I keep all mine in a little air tight glass jar to keep them safe. Well, not safe but dead

It's been a great year for the ticks. They are thriving, and all over the place. Not such a good year for those of us that don't like them, however. [:-]

Lots of ticks around this year. I saw a really nice bull tick feeding the other night, he must score around 160.

I was coyote hunting in the spring. Around April. I have never seen so many ticks, on my body, in my entire life. It all depends on the area though.

The ticks here in North Louisiana have been bad. I went walking the other day and had twelve of them on me. I have managed to catch them before they buried in. Now I spay myself down pretty good, and only find a few now and then. I do have one suggestion for chiggers. I have made it a practice before I go walking I take off my boots and socks and then spray my feet all the way up to my knees with a bug spray with deet of 30% or more, then let it dry for a minute and put your socks and boots back on. Since I have been doing this I haven't been getting any chiggers on me, and there are plenty around here.

This is the worst year I have seen in a long time. I've been pulling ticks off the dog since the snow melted and have had more deer ticks than ever. Finding the little suckers on me, the kids and the dog. Going to need a lymes test before this year is over!!

Hope it is negative cause there is no cure for lymes diesese.[&o]

I'm a tick magnet! This area is loaded with them. If you walk in the thick stuff your going to have uninvited guests for dinner! Lymes Disease was found in Lyme CT and yes boys and girls it is treatable. I don't worry about it. I try to pull'em off while they're still on my pants.

We rabbit hunt an area my dad and I call Tickville. That place is the worst I've ever seen.
