Well just got home from swing shift and there it was on the living room floor
,,My Summit Goliath i had been anxiously waiting for ,,UPS driver told the wife "Hmm,,i gotta get me one of those" (he's also bowhunts). ..Well looks as those this weekend gonna be devoted to alot of reading, practice and what not,,and oh,,will be using that saftey harness. As a past ladder/hang on user i'm somewhat versed in this, but, nonetheless this should turn out to be a differnet kind of experience.
..Whaaawho0a ! !

I've got 2 of them, both x4's, one still in the box not opened, great stand but what do I need 2 climbing stands for [&:]? Long story about that. A couple things I noticed though was that the teeth on the blade are very sharp and need to be dulled with a file or something, it's very hard to dislodge from the tree as you are climbing because they bite so deep into the bark. I think the new foot stirups need to be improved upon also, they are plastic and look to be very flimsy. To me they just don't seem a good boot to stirup fit, the angle is off or something but it still beats the old system thay had.
