Hankfan, that is an awesome buck!! It looks mature to me, I think the antlers are so huge it is throwing these guys off on the age. I too, chase big bucks on public land, I manage to find a few booners every year, but they are hard to kill with the compitition. Good luck

Nice to see his summer development with the sequential photo shoot, HANKFAN. Nice job and fine looking "young monster". I agree with Cardeer, you better take that trophy early before someone else flings a broadhead through him.

Wow, What an amazing animal, On public land to boot. It's cool to see the progression of it's rack. I wish you the best of luck this fall. It's too bad to see all these pics are from night time. I'm sure if you put your work in you may get your crack at him. Just what ever you do Do not look at his rack

That deer is a slammer[] - 5.5 yrs old IMO. They always look younger in their summer coats.

I only see 10 pts though?

Monster main beams and spread - I think g2 and g3 gonna grow alot more to catch up to crazy brow tine length - every bit of 160 - may push into 170's if it is a 12..........

Good luck

I totally agree. Rack, i missed a 6x6 on second day of season that had this bucks width, not as good of brows but at least 13" plus g2s, more mass and more even typcial 'whitetail' curves etc. both sides identical, height came all the way around to the front the the fronts came right in and dished up. Biggest deer i've seen alive, talkin with friends etc. i missed a possible 180-190 deer. Never saw him again for rest of season. I agree with you on everything you said above, this bucks brows are gonna help him huge! Outstanding buck.
