I have my arrows and am ready to get them all tuned and shooting accuratly. Can someone give me a site or explain the things I need to do and how to do it. Like spin testing and the like.

www.eastonarchery.com/downloads/

Download the tuning guide and read it....utilize it....learn to love it! You can make a somewhat ok spin tester by cutting two identical "V" notches in a carboard shoe box and laying the arrow in the notches and spinning it with the tip very near to a fixed point to see the wobble. I like to spin the arrow on my finger tip to feel the wobble, but that doesn't help you fix it...just let's you know it wobbles. Of course, this isn't a real good idea with cut-to-tip heads!

I can't get that to work on my computer. Could you tell me what things I should cover and I will look them up on the internet?

Then just type in www.eastonarchery.com and look for the links to find their maintencance and tuning guide. Tells you all your need to know and a whole lot more detail and plainer than we can do here.

The problem is I can't download it. Can you guys just give me the types of tuning, IE paper tuning and spin testing, so I can look it up and see how to do it. I don't know what I need to do. Thanks

Search for:

paper tuning
short distance tuning
broadhead tuning

I don't know why you can't download it. Adobe is a free download if you don't have it. The file is rather large, so if you don't have High Speed Internet it will take a bit to download, but it's worth it. The file it 1.54Mb....I can email it to you if you like.
