You can make a somewhat ok spin tester by cutting two identical "V" notches in a carboard shoe box and laying the arrow in the notches and spinning it with the tip very near to a fixed point to see the wobble. I like to spin the arrow on my finger tip to feel the wobble, but that doesn't help you fix it...just let's you know it wobbles. Of course, this isn't a real good idea with cut-to-tip heads!
