Default Should I shoot the NAP scorpion XP's

I have some expandable broadheads as stated that will supposedly shoot the same as field points, Should I shoot these anyway just to get a feel how they shoot and make sure it is the same. And even get a look at how they open up? Or do i risk damaging them?

Thanks

Jim

Default RE: Should I shoot the NAP scorpion XP's

neck4752,I've been using NAP Spitfires,Spitfire Pro's,and Shockwaves for years. Most have been 100gr,and a couple of 85's.Yes,They do fly like fieldpoints. After saying that, you should practice with them, you owe it to yourself and the deer. This year I will be shooting the 100gr Spitfire XP's,and after all the years of shooting NAP's,I'm still going to practice with them. You can buy practice blades for them if you don't want to shoot them with the regular hunting blades...Bob
