Hey does anyone know what the difference is between the old inserts for the whisker buscuits and the new ones with the color differential?

Just that they are softer............I strapped on a new B2 WB disc for my Deluxe a couple weeks ago and my brother just got one installed last week. He is kicking himself for waiting this long.
My other brother will be getting his soon as well..........he has been complaing that his NAP Drop Away is sticking sometimes and he is getting a lot of vane contact and flyers.

I always said I would NEVER use one. I thought it would be noisy, have too much drag on my arrows, mess up my vanes and wear out easily. I WAS WRONG!
My new Bowtech came with a new WD QS with the drop in rest instead of the push through and I love it. Its quiet, keeps my arrow from ever falling off the rest, doesnt hurt my vanes and seems really durable so far.
Id recommend it.

atlasman, I heard a guy that works at a local shop explain something to a guy while putting a new one on. He told him that it was important to keep the vain out of the black (as opposed to the rest of it which was brown). Something about the off colored vain not supposed to go through there. Like maybe he didn't want the off color to where on the spot that held up the arrow? That was my best guess...

YEA, YEA, YEA, for hunting the perfect rest. One less thing to worry about, your arrow falling off the rest that is. Been shooting mine for two years and wouldn't think of changing.

[8D] its like most bow stuff it depends on what feels good for the individual i use one i just put one of the new stile in layaway for me and my son i like the fact that when im stalking on the groud i dont have to worry about my arrow falling off

I don't see much negative here - at least nothing that would make me wonder why I've had such good results the last 3 years?
I love mine- still use the original. I get more Vane damage from shooting at the same spot with multiple arrows -they tend to hit each other.
