best of hoyts bows

RE: best of hoyts bows
Depends on what you are looking for. In a short axle to axle, I think you'd be hard pressed to beat the Razortec. In a longer axle to axle I'd say the X-Tec or the UltraTec maybe even with Spiral cams if your wanting a little more speed.

Personally, I'm shooting a ViperTec and I love it. My hunting partner shoots a Razortec and he loves that. It all depends on the person.

i looked at alot of new hoyts this summer while trying to make a decison on bow , the ultra tec , razor tec , and xtec... all were nice , but the others seemed a bit too bulky for me , so i settled on the vipertec... i love that bow , me being only 17 yrs old , it is a bow that will take me through a few seasons , its small , rediculously fast , quiet, and gives absolutely ZERO vibration!!! The bow is merely a whisper when shooting compared to some other bows i have shot!
But i agree , go to the shop , hold some bows , shoot them if able , and choose as you like ...
good luck!!!

It depends on if ya lookin for a short axle - axle or a long one. I perfer short so i have the Hoyt Havoc ( single cam) and the new Hoyt Havoc-Tec cam 1/2 both are great bows, the Xtec is a good one and the new Viper-Tec go find yaself a proshop and give'm a test run .
